Early check-in or late check-out will incur additional charges depending on the time and room availability.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers can book rooms directly through the website, hotline or through booking partners. Bookings are confirmed when the hotel receives payment or deposit information.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation 5 days before check-in date: Free
Cancellation within 3 – 5 days: Surcharge 50% of total room value
Cancellation within less than 3 days or no-show: Non-refundable
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
The hotel accepts cash, bank transfer, credit card or debit card. The listed price does not include 10% VAT (if applicable). All payments must be completed before or at check-in.
CHILDREN POLICY
Children under 6 years old: Free accommodation if sharing bed with parents. Children from 6 – 11 years old: Surcharge for breakfast according to hotel policy. Children from 12 years old and above: Considered as adults, need to add an extra bed (if available).
PET POLICY
The hotel does not allow guests to bring pets into the accommodation area.
SAFETY AND SECURITY POLICY
Guests are requested to present their ID card/CCCD or passport upon check-in.
Do not bring prohibited substances, weapons, or dangerous chemicals into the hotel.
The hotel is not responsible for personal property if not deposited at the reception desk.
The security camera system operates 24/7 to ensure the safety of guests.
REGULATIONS ON USING SERVICES AT THE HOTEL
Please take care of hotel property. If there is any damage or loss, guests will have to compensate according to regulations.
Do not make noise or affect other guests.
