1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time: From 14:00 Check-out time: Before 12:00
We encourage guests to plan their schedules accordingly to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
2. EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY
If you arrive early and wish to check in before the standard time, the hotel will accommodate your request based on room availability and apply the following surcharges: Check-in before 06:00 AM: Surcharge of 100% of the nightly room rate. Check-in between 06:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Surcharge of 50% of the nightly room rate. Check-in between 12:00 PM – 14:00 PM: Complimentary (subject to room availability).
3. LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY
If you wish to check out after the standard time, the hotel will apply additional charges based on the following time slots: Check-out between 12:00 PM – 15:00 PM: Surcharge of 30% of the nightly room rate. Check-out between 15:00 PM – 18:00 PM: Surcharge of 50% of the nightly room rate. Check-out after 18:00 PM: Surcharge of 100% of the nightly room rate.
4. CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
Please present your ID card (CMND/CCCD) or passport upon check-in. If the booking was made via a third party (OTA or travel agency), please provide the booking reference code for verification purposes. In some cases, the hotel may require a security deposit (if applicable), which will be refunded upon check-out.
5. NOTE
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to room availability at the time of the request. To ensure your preferences are met and to receive the best possible service, please notify the hotel in advance if you wish to change your check-in or check-out times.
