1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time: From 14:00 Check-out time: Before 12:00 Early check-in or late check-out is subject to a surcharge based on timing and room availability.
2. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Reservations can be made directly via our website, hotline, or through booking partners. A reservation is confirmed once the hotel receives payment or deposit details. Cancellation policy: Cancellation 5 days or more prior to check-in: Free of charge Cancellation 3–5 days prior to check-in: Surcharge of 50% of the total booking value Cancellation less than 3 days prior to check-in or no-show: Non-refundable
3. PAYMENT PROCEDURES
The hotel accepts cash, bank transfers, credit cards, and debit cards. Listed rates exclude 10% VAT (if applicable). All payments must be settled prior to or at the time of check-in.
4. CHILDREN’S POLICY
Children under 6 years old: Free stay when sharing a bed with parents. Children aged 6–11: Breakfast surcharge applies in accordance with hotel policy. Children aged 12 and older: Charged as adults; an extra bed is required (subject to availability).
5. PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted in the guest accommodation areas.
6. SAFETY AND SECURITY POLICY
Please present your ID card or passport upon check-in. Bringing prohibited substances, weapons, or hazardous chemicals into the hotel is strictly forbidden. The hotel is not liable for personal belongings unless they are deposited at the reception desk. A 24/7 security camera system is in operation to ensure your safety.
7. HOTEL SERVICE GUIDELINES
Please take care of hotel property; guests will be required to provide compensation for any damage or loss in accordance with hotel regulations. Please refrain from making excessive noise or disturbing other guests. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas; smoking inside guest rooms is prohibited.
