CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in time: From 14:00
Check-out time: Before 12:00
Early check-in or late check-out will incur additional charges depending on the time and room availability.
EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY
In case guests arrive early and need to check in before the scheduled time, the hotel will support depending on room availability, and apply the following surcharges:
Check-in before 06:00 am: Surcharge 100% of room rate for one night.
Check-in from 06:00 – 12:00 noon: Surcharge 50% of room rate for one night.
Check-in from 12:00 – 14:00: Free support if there are available rooms.
LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY
If you need to check out after the specified time, the hotel will charge an additional fee depending on the following time frame:
Check-out from 12:00 – 15:00: Surcharge 30% of room rate for one night.
Check-out from 15:00 – 18:00: Surcharge 50% of room rate for one night.
Check-out after 18:00: Surcharge 100% of room rate for one night.
CONDITIONS FOR CHECK-IN
Please present your ID card/CCCD or passport when checking in.
If you book through a third party (OTA, travel agent), please provide your booking code for information verification.
In some cases, the hotel may require a deposit (if any) and will refund it when you check out.
NOTES
Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be supported depending on room availability at that time.
To ensure your rights and receive the best support, you should notify the hotel in advance if you need to change your check-in/check-out time.
