BOOKING AND CANCELLATION/CHECKOUT POLICY:

BOOKING POLICY
You can book a room directly through the website, hotline or the hotel’s partner booking channels.
Booking information includes: full name, phone number, email, check-in date, check-out date and number of guests.
To ensure a successful booking, you need to pay in advance according to the hotel’s regulations or provide credit card information to secure the booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation 7 days before (from check-in date): 100% refund or free cancellation.
Cancellation from 4 – 6 days: Cancellation fee 50% of total booking value.
Cancellation within 3 days: Cancellation fee 100% of total booking value.
In case of no-show: No refund.
For promotions, special offers or non-refundable pre-booking rates, the hotel does not apply a refund policy when canceling rooms.
STAY DATE CHANGE POLICY
Requests to change dates 5 days before check-in date will be supported free of charge (depending on room availability). Requests to change dates within 3 – 5 days before check-in date will be applied a change fee of 30% of total booking value. Requests to change dates within 48 hours are not supported, applied as in case of room cancellation.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7 – 14 working days via the original payment method. Transfer fees or other fees (if any) will be borne by the customer. In case of payment via a third party (OTA, travel agent), the refund policy will be applied according to the partner’s regulations.
FORCE MAJEURE
If the customer cannot check in due to force majeure reasons (natural disasters, epidemics, government travel bans, etc.), the hotel will support changing the stay date or refunding on a case-by-case basis.
